Cancellation Policy

All materials are provided for every workshop. Our sessions are creative, supportive and non-competitive, encouraging children to explore ideas, build confidence and enjoy making together. Booking Places are confirmed once payment has been received. Bookings can be made online through our booking system. Additional Information We are a nut & seed-free zone. Please ensure children do not bring any nuts or seeds to the session. Snacks are not provided; however, water and plain biscuits will be available. Please let us know of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking. Please dress children in clothes you don't mind getting a little messy. Aprons are available where appropriate. Cancellations & Refunds Parent cancellations More than 48 hours before the workshop: a full refund or the option to transfer to another available session. Within 48 hours of the workshop: refunds cannot be offered. Where possible, a transfer to another workshop may be arranged at Naomi's Bright Creatives' discretion. Workshop cancellations Workshops require a minimum number of bookings to run. If a workshop is cancelled due to low enrolment or unforeseen circumstances, families will be given as much notice as possible and offered either: a full refund, or credit towards a future Naomi's Bright Creatives workshop. Waitlist If a workshop is fully booked, children can join the waitlist. Places will be offered in the order they are added, and payment will be required to secure the booking once a place becomes available.
